Will this save world of warcraft? 29.01.2014
The new expansion set for World Of Warcraft, Warlords of Draenor. Will this new expansion save the current game and all of it's features? will World Of Warcraft continue to lose players, or gain more than what they currently have?
let's take a quick look on some of the major changes this expansion will bring to the game: -Item squishing (down-scaling the numbers and stats) This is something which will help the game a lot. Many players in World Of Warcraft thinks personally the current numbers, which can go from 300k and upwards to 1m, are quite boring. You won't feel a major change by changing out some of your items, simply cause the numbers are all so high these days, it's just redicilous. -Level cap raised to 100 finally, we have a strong number to work with. -New plane (world) Draenor This have been requested for years, basically almost a remake of TBC, just this time, before the demon invasion. -New character models we have been waiting since Wotlk for these. finally some upgrades to our characters and their appearance. at last! |
Will this expansion save World Of Warcraft?
-Yes sir, it will indeed.

YouTubers: We are brave! 29.01.2014
these days, many people and teenagers in general choose to show themselves and their interests online. Some of these even make videos of what they are doing, gameplays, vlogs, reviews, music, and even more. Not all of these "YouTubers" have the courage to actually show they're presence. They don't feel suitable in-front of a camera, or in a video where they will have to show their face.
These people, who don't have the courage to show themselves, are mostly the people who comes and dislikes, down-comment and judge your progress. These people are often reffered to as "haters". They will gradually go and dislike your content, sometimes even without watching the video at all. But don't fear them, they are the stupid ones in this play.
By showing your face, let the users hear your voice, and know that you care, you actually have a chance to build up a decent fanbase, and also gain some friends on the road at the same time. By showing yourself online, you are also giving your subscribers and guest a callout, that you actually care, and will go serious with this. Simply, you are establishing a connection with the viewer.
So, by this means, if you got the guts to show your face and let the viewers hear your voice, you got the potential to reach far. If you just keep working on your videos, the content you publish and polishing your crowd, you will be the next very best entertainer.
If they tell you anything else, simply try to ignore them, although it's hard, never give them the advantage on your content.

Gaming has the power to maintain focus.
German studies has proven a lot of theories right. A project which lasted over 10 years, they followed kids from the age of 5 until the age of 15. The project consisted of 100 different kids, which had no connection with each other, during the project. They split the 100 children into two groups, group "A" should play video-games for about 4-6 hours during the day, and group "B" should not interact with any Games or consoles at all.
Several years later, this started to show some interesting facts. The kids who had been playing video games, could both read and understand a various of different situations just out of how the sentence was being simulated to them, and their knowledge of both society and how it all works, was remarkable. They had also developed a certain high level of communication towards other people, They spoke English on a highly advanced level, and their brain reacted faster on changes than those who hadn't been playing any video-games.
After all, the ones who didn't play video games, group "B" had an easier way of not getting into states where their feelings took control over their minds. They had a slightly better way of avoiding problems or interaction into the "wrong" environments. But this is being considered as a part of the project, since this was not a project which was going to show environmental changes during the early years of the children. therefore, this was not being considered as a part of the test.
The ones who played games, group "A" had also improved grades when it came to school, but this can not either be a certain skill which is obtainable through gaming. This is all a mix of how the children has it in their home environment, and how they choose to interact with the current games they are playing. They had evolved the skill to maintain focus on current tasks, almost like Missions and Quests in games, which made them work and finish with one task at the time, they looked upon the grade their received as a Reward for the current mission they had Completed. Which made them constantly work harder, so that they would be able to retrieve a larger, and better suitable reward (Grades)
Once again, science has proved that to play games is not a bad thing, its both enjoyable and educational at a few points of view. Educational Entertainment as a game developer could have stated. But of course, to keep a clear mind and not game "over the limit" which simply means "play games, but don't forget to go outside regularly!" keep your body healthy, and your brain and mind focused, and you will manage to accomplish anything.
